1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 499bat platform ("499bat", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, betting, and promotional activities on the website https://499bat.cam.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

499bat services are strictly for users aged 21 and above. Use of the platform by minors is completely prohibited.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• 499bat may request a national identity card or any other document for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is completed.
• If proven to be a minor, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• No transactions below these limits will be processed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Policy Terms

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 499bat reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• VIP cashback bonuses are paid out weekly and are available for direct withdrawal.
• All promotions have a fixed validity period — expired bonuses will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on 499bat is conducted entirely through digital means. SSL encryption and fair play policies are maintained on our platform.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not recorded correctly due to a system error, 499bat may declare that bet void.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of incomplete games or bets due to server errors, internet outages, or any other technical reason, 499bat will make a reasonable decision. Inconsistent payouts displayed due to software errors will not be paid out.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

• Live odds may change after a match has started.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be considered void.
• Results for BPL, IPL, T20, and other cricket tournaments will be determined in accordance with official announcements.
• If evidence of match manipulation or match fixing is found, the related bets will be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 499bat platform. Violating these restrictions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Accessing the system through hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent means.
• Exploiting platform security vulnerabilities or assisting others to do so.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Coordinated group betting strategies directed against the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

499bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, deception, or dishonest conduct.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• Long-term inactive account (in accordance with service rules).
• Failed age verification.
• Self-closure request.

8.1 Effects of Account Closure

Pending bets may be cancelled upon account closure. If the account is closed due to a violation, the balance may not be returned. In ordinary circumstances, the valid balance of a closed account will be returned.
